Local Marketing Coordinator

CarLotz is expanding across the country and is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Carlotz Marketing Team in building & maintaining the Carlotz brand through local marketing initiatives from ideation to activation and execution. Works closely with store managers to execute local marketing plans. This position is responsible for driving awareness and traffic to stores. Reports to Director of Marketing.

● Establish strong working relationships with store managers in each of CarLotz’ 8 locations to develop local marketing plans that support sales growth, drive traffic to our retail locations, and maximize brand presence in local markets

● Facilitate relationship-building in local communities, neighborhoods, and organizations to build brand awareness

● Monitor competitor moves in CarLotz’ markets and provide insights/implications for our own best practices

● Manage store requests for marketing support

● Travel to markets within region to research market conditions and competitive opportunities. Able to share these learnings with Marketing and Customer Service/Sales teams.

● Ability to support marketing team with ad hoc requests that may impact store traffic and sales

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

Business Analyst (Junior)

Fixed Operations Director

We are excited to have an opening for a Fixed Operations Director to oversee our Processing Center operations! The Processing Centers are our hubs for diagnostics, reconditioning inspections and repairs.

  • Proposes budgets, goals and objectives for the Processing Centers

We are excited to have an opening for a Processing Coordinator at our San Antonio Processing Center. The Processing Center is our hub for diagnostics, inspections and repairs and supports our Retail Centers by keeping them stocked with front-line ready inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget
  • Build work orders in our Shop Management System including billable technician hours and parts orders
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to source parts quickly
  • Consult with guests regarding vehicle repair needs based on repair diagnosis
  • Invoice and record completed work orders
  • Work with technicians to efficiently plan repairs
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Manage third party vendors to complete outside repair orders
  • Maintain communication with team during reconditioning process

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Automotive service, technician, or parts or experience required
  • Experience working in customer-facing role
  • Experience developing and managing third party vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Driving, background and drug screens required

Bilingual Call Center Sales Coach

As a CST Coach, you will play a key role in the CarLotz customer service infrastructure via telephone, email and web chat. This team support our stores by answering calls, helping set appointments, and following up on inquiries.
