Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in general accounting, 3+ years experience if Big 4
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA a Plus
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent computer skills, with an emphasis in Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting

This position will be responsible for searching for and identifying talent and helping to build our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies

  • Engage in initial email conduct with candidates
