Local Marketing Coordinator

CarLotz is expanding across the country and is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Carlotz Marketing Team in building & maintaining the Carlotz brand through local marketing initiatives from ideation to activation and execution. Works closely with store managers to execute local marketing plans. This position is responsible for driving awareness and traffic to stores. Reports to Director of Marketing.

● Establish strong working relationships with store managers in each of CarLotz’ 8 locations to develop local marketing plans that support sales growth, drive traffic to our retail locations, and maximize brand presence in local markets

● Maintain project database with timelines and action items, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and on-budget

● Facilitate relationship-building in local communities, neighborhoods, and organizations to build brand awareness

● Monitor competitor moves in CarLotz’ markets and provide insights/implications for our own best practices

● Manage store requests for marketing support

● Travel to markets within region to research market conditions and competitive opportunities. Able to share these learnings with Marketing and Customer Service/Sales teams.

● Ability to support marketing team with ad hoc requests that may impact store traffic and sales

● Understand weekly and monthly sales data to inform local marketing and advertising plans and provide recommendations or adjustments to maintain strong sales growth opportunities

● Ensure all design deliverables comply with brand guidelines

● Develop individualized marketing plans for all 8 markets in which CarLotz currently operates

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

Bilingual Call Center Sales Coach

As a CST Coach, you will play a key role in the CarLotz customer service infrastructure via telephone, email and web chat. This team support our stores by answering calls, helping set appointments, and following up on inquiries.
