Client Support Team Coach

CarLotz is looking for driven sales professionals to join our winning team and support our rapid growth. Coaches in the Client Support Team will work with customers and retail team members to help manage a company-wide, customer service & sales infrastructure. The CST is the training ground for Sales Coach positions in our retail centers.

What CarLotz Seeks in an Client Support Team Coach
– Represent CarLotz and our transparent sales process via telephone, chat and email
– Engage with customers and the team to provide an exceptional customer experience
– Manage “Greeting” and “Post Sale” calls to CarLotz customers
– Provide answers to customer inquiries, follow-up on details, and gather feedback
– Manage outbound customer contact via phone, email, and web chats
– Drive sales by increasing traffic in the store

Driver

A CarLotz driver will work with the store managers to rotate cars from one CarLotz store lot to another. This is part-time contract position, working up to 15-20 hours per week.

What CarLotz Seeks in a Driver

  • Drive cars safely/lawfully to & from CarLotz stores
  • Coordinate car deliveries and pick ups with store managers
  • Accept GPS technology
  • Maintain a record of vehicles transfers with signed management approval
  • Take ownership & assist your team to achieve daily tasks and goals successfully

Requirements of the Driver position

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
